Accounts Payable Clerk

This role will require the candidate to attend to the general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department and work closely with the Accounting Manager. Matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. Located in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term temporary-to-full-time opening.What you get to do every day- Produce full-cycle A/P- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Carry out additional projects as required- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed*Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.Please submit your resume and call Jordan Lynch at for review and consideration.
