YOUR ROLE

  • Build overarching global market & customer activation strategy & execution plan that in line with overall business strategy (Marketing communication, Digital marketing, demand generation, content development, media, campaign) for incubator business and managing executions across regions & SBUs
  • Work with agencies to create content and communication strategies for our initiatives

Responsible for the development and delivery of:
  • Content strategy, content pieces development (Hero, help, hub) such as videos, blogs, web content, digital, social media platform visual creatives, sequential messaging banner ads, visual assets (graphs, 3D renders etc), keyword strategy
  • Sales enablement assets (presenters, sell-sheets) optimized for Pitcher
  • Support external short- & long-term marketing communication to capture market trends & impact growth & awareness profitability on global level
  • Responsible for managing financial aspects/budget tied to on-line brands/digital marketing support and measuring ROI.
  • Coach the local teams during execution
  • Facilitate Loctite brand support and brand guidance
  • Help with best practice sharing
  • Responsible for the development & delivery of Social media (Website, blocks, LinkedIn) - with full collaboration with Henkel core business's Marketing communication team.
  • Coordinating & Organizing tradeshow and major events (contents and lead generations)
  • Develop, maintain marketing collaterals including sales sheet, webpage, social media
  • Establish and drive omni-channel" strategy to combine e-commerce platforms more closely with traditional sales (offline).
  • Activating reseller and marketplace presence for key product lines and programs.
  • Lead commercialization /activation& joint marketing at OEM/reseller level


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor / Master degree 1-8 years of experience 2+ years in Marketing 2+ years in Sales 2+ years of international work experience
  • Relevant industry / consumer experience
  • Brand management Content management
  • Marketing communication /Advertisement Communication /Campaign management
  • Online marketing/Digital transformation Reseller/Channel management Social Selling Digital marketing/ sales
