This is a Base Salary (40-45k) Plus Commission sales position to start, with quick and significant increases in both Base Salary and Commission Rate depending on employee's performance.

Description:

Right now, Mammoth Restoration is in the middle of massive expansion and entering into many new territories. In order to reach all of the new target markets Mammoth Restoration is in need of a strong and motivated individual to take on the Emergency Sales Representative position.

The Emergency Sales Representative position is one of the most glorified positions within the company for the fact that these individuals make the expansion possible. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual that will be pursuing/chasing emergency leads to sell the company services.

Skills/Qualifications:

* Ability to generate and qualify leads while working independently
* Ability to close sales and secure signed contracts and other documents.
* Have the ability to identify challenges and develop solutions.
* Strong Communication and presentation Skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally.
* Formal presentation experience will be important when presenting Mammoth and its services to high profile clients in formal settings.
* Emergency Sales Representative must be able to conform and relate to many different types of clients with many different levels of professions, social and cultural stances, and personalities.
* Being able to interpret the industry within the market is important and Emergency Sales Representative will be depended on to be innovative when it comes to providing a competitive edge.
* Basic knowledge of disaster restoration and general construction is a plus but will be considered second to sales experience.
* Rudimentary computer operating skills will be needed; Outlook, Word, Excel

Requirements

Requirements and Responsibilities:

* Due to the nature of this specific industry this is a 24 Hour On-Call position. Being able to respond to provided leads at any time is important because we never know when and where a disaster will strike.
* Respond to emergency calls to sell mitigation and restoration services.
* General marketing and networking responsibilities must be accomplished based upon marketing guidelines of Instant Assist marketing, FloodFix marketing, and referral-based marketing programs.
* Meet and exceed predetermined minimum sales goals ($125K per Month, $1.5 Million per Year) that will fuel the growth of Mammoth within the target market.
* Overall business development through all viable avenues.
* Client relations and customer services duties to ensure retention of clients.
* Must be cleared through criminal background check and drug test before employment.
