Summary:

Reporting to the President, the Director of Sales and Partnership Development International, will create and implement sales strategies, and with the marketing team will develop strategic sales and objectives/targets towards international markets. The Director of Sales and Partnership Development International will establish sales territories and quotas, manage budgets, and evaluate sales performance and international market growth. The Director of Sales and Partnership Development International will also contribute to and develop emerging new programs to capture the international market presence and create partnerships in the healthcare marketplace; ideally, to develop trainer/consultant partner relationships within the healthcare industry. This person is a highly motivated and self-driven individual that will bring new ideas with implementation strategies to the table while continuing to expand their knowledge within the industry and closely monitor trends and emerging customer needs. This individual will have experience in and have a passion for driving market presence and revenues. This position is full-time exempt salaried with benefits, ideally in the Milwaukee, WI Headquarters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote and introduce existing programs/brands to new and existing international markets.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying differing international market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals.
  • Analyze and manage budgets; assist in annual budget development; schedule and manage expenditures; ensure budget targets are met.
  • Gather, investigate, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Persist in sales even in the face of failure.
  • Coordinate with Social Media/Marketing team to create and maintain a social media calendar for short-term initiatives and long-term brand campaigns.
  • Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Respond to negative customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and partnership leadership, business development with industry connections and networks
  • Experience with international sales
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, creativity
  • Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills
  • Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market Analysis


Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years' experience in marketing or sales

Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry.
