MP Technologies, LLC is looking for Project Manager with gas construction experience. This long term project - 3 to 5 years. Work locations would include: Fargo, Grand Forks, North Dakota and more! Must be willing to travel.Summary of Position: The Project Manager is responsible for multiple natural gas utility construction projects. Responsibilities include management of work crews so that utility construction can be completed within budget, on schedule, and with zero incidents.Duties and Responsibilities:Enforce all Company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standardsProvide direction and support to Project SupervisorKnow the contract scope including standard and special provisions, technical specifications, payment and change clauses and scheduling milestonesPurchase essential materials for the job per the PO. Authorized, outside of those materials specifically called out in the job estimate, up to $500.00Complete all administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner (safety audits and observations, final review of production, manage change orders, prepare bills for accounting)Promptly complete authorization of all invoices, receipts, and fuel chargesReview project performance to budgetInvolved in the recruitment, hiring, development, and terminating of employees on crewImprove personal, technical, and supervisory skills through personal development plans and offered trainingsRepresent and promote the company's mission, vision, and valuesAddress all customer questions or concernsSafety training as required by positionPerform other duties as assignedEssential Education and Qualifications:High School education or GEDValid Driver's LicenseValid DOT health cardMinimum of 5 years gas construction experience and management experienceAbility to read and comprehend instructions and correspondenceAbility to use computers /electronic devicesAble to read blueprints and follow job specifications and ordersProficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and WordOSHA 30Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
