EHR Project Manager

Job Title: EHR Project Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP (End of April)

Business Objective:

Our large Healthcare client is expanding their small instance of Epic from one subsidiary system in WI to the entire state (approx. 20 inpatient and 300 ambulatory sites). This PM will specifically be focused on helping integrate the Registration/Scheduling portion of the integration/expansion, which will have its first round of go-lives by Oct. 2021

Job Description:

Project Manager focusing specifically on the integration reporting to the manager on the completion of those tasks. This role will have more focus on the technical side but having solid experience as a PM is necessary. There will be no direct reports you will be managing, along with managing a budget. Understanding of managing a budget in the past is expected, along with experience building reports for stakeholders.

Skillset needed:

?? Experience working on integrating EHR and/or Registration experience

?? Previous experience working on the technical side of the house

?? Experience working with Epic and working with Bridges

?? Competency with Gsuite Applications - utilizing mostly for tracking

?? Experience managing programs utilizing Waterfall methodologies

?? Strong organization and analytical skills

Understands workflow with registration and EHR
