Regional Housing Manager

National nonprofit provider of housing and care services for adults with disabilities and seniors as well as veterans seeks a full time Regional Housing Manager for various locations throughout the USA to ensure properties are managed per government regulations, develop/monitor annual budget, market property, oversee move in/outs and supervise building staff.

This position will require moderate travel ability - so you must be available to travel as needed (out of state).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field is preferred.
• Combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in the area of multi-site housing management.
• Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs.
