The Team - SalesThe Sales Team at Token of Trust is a critical driver of growth in one of Minneapolis most promising SaaS companies. The markets we serve are fast paced and evolving quickly. It is critical for our team to prepare for and seize opportunity at a rapid pace. This is not your typical sales team. ResponsibilitiesDiscover good fit customers through networking, cold calling and industry researchQualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they are best fit for immediate successConduct curious consultative conversations with prospects through video and phone callsRecommend and select products for customers based on their individual needsUse data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goalsDescribe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customersMaintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and servicesEstablish and nurture relationships with current customers to facilitate referralsInfluence product/development roadmap by deeply understanding customer & industry trendsMeet or exceed revenue and new logo quota expectationsActively manage your pipeline through HubSpot.Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as neededAdvocate for your customersGrow as a salesperson and a human beingBe a great teammateReport directly to the Senior Sales Manager Qualifications2 or 4 year College Degree Required2+ Years of successful sales quota attainmentOne to two years of successful experience of cold calling. No specific industry requirement.Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients with autonomyStrong interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independentlyTime management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely mannerWillingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methodsCRM software experienceStrong work ethicStrong desire to improve and grow skill sets applicable to the role
