**Description:**This person will be providing customer support both internally and externally. When a customer puts an order in they will work with their ops team to ensure all teams and working cohesively to get the product out on time. They will also work proactively with their clients to forecast the year the best they can so they can give the proper notice to schedulers on the production floor. They will work within SAP to enter, track and trace orders for their customers. If there is a bottle neck they will have to be proactive with their client to manage expectations. This position acts as an account manager basically.Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:??? Receives and processes customer orders and assures commercial reviews and coordination with operations has been completed before acknowledgment.??? Processes any customer feedback or RMA.??? Processes daily shipments and communicates internal and to customers as necessary.??? Maintain customer related documentation.??? Understand customer requests and translate that information clearly and concisely following established processes.??? Develop a strong working relationship with customers and co-workers that will benefit all stakeholders.??? Contacts relationships between Customer and Internal Teams members to ensure needs are met.??? Manage Request for quote process between customer and all internal stakeholders.??? Confirm acceptance of Customer Purchase Orders and Delivery Schedules.??? Manage internal processes to assure customer contract adherence.??? Have the knowledge to understand and read contracts and work with Paralegal if clarification is required.??? May participate on occasion to customer meetings.??? May perform other duties as assigned by your advisor or the company.Accountabilities:??? Accountable for achieving Customer Experience & internal Metric goals.??? Accountable for Documenting Customer Complaints and Returns and communicate to the required teams and follow-up to ensure timely response.???
