Admissions Representative

• Speak with prospective students through multiple channels (phone, email, online chat) regarding application status, admissions requirements, and other related topics
• Discuss requirements for admissions such as entrance exam scores, financial aid, and class schedule options
• Proactively reach out to students to provide updates on their admissions application
• Ask students about their educational goals, both short-term and long-term, to help determine potential enrollment
• Meet and exceed assignment metrics for student enrollment
• Additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years of admissions, sales, customer service, or recruiting experience
• Passion for education
• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, consideration will be given to individuals with an Associates degree

Temp-to-hire
Mon - Fri
8am - 5pm
Some flexibility with nights and weekends as needed
