Restaurant Technologies is Thriving! We are looking for a Service Dispatch Analyst to join our routing team to support our growing service demands. In this fast paced position, you'll schedule complex service routes for assigned depots. You'll leverage your problem solving and superior customer service skills to answer questions from our service technicians in the field. You'll regularly leverage analytical skills to reconfigure complex service routes using our routing tools and software. Your ability to act quickly and follow through with requests and real time changes is essential for success in this role.RESPONSIBILITIESSchedule Service Technicians for planned service work 1-2 weeks in advanceDispatch service and installation teams utilizing routing softwareIdentify problems in advance, monitor and adjust resource allocation, and proactively communicate changes to maximize efficiency of service in the fieldInput, monitor, and audit our service routes and installation teams using routing tools and softwareCollaborate cross functionally with Service Technicians, Depot Leaders, and Sales Create insightful reports on operations data Provide technical support to the fieldSet up routing parameters for new customersREQUIREMENTSDispatching Experience Strong communicator (email, phone, conference calls, in person)Solid internal/external customer service skillsHighly collaborative Proven ability to solve complex problems Ability to proactively identify and remove barriers Ability to calculate figures and amounts (proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume)Detail oriented and organizedSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsPrior experience with routing programs preferred High School Diploma required Technical or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred2-5 years data analysis and order processing experience preferredBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical preferredEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERRestaurant Technologies is committed to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment in any form.
