Job Details
Schedule subcontractors and maintain customer relationships
Assisting clients with home care, and ongoing maintenance after they move into their new homes.
Ensure project compliance with the Company's health and safety, and quality and environmental protocols and requirements
Support the post-construction and customer relationship
Regularly report project costs and schedule, as well as the management and mitigation of variances
High motivation and passion about building relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
Attention to detail
3-5 years custom home project management experience
