Job DescriptionTrillium Construction is now looking for a professional Operations Project Manager to coordinate and oversee our New Construction operations. The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, and ensuring projects are running smoothly. Responsibilities ??? Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way ??? Bidding of all New Home & Remodel Projects ??? Obtaining Pricing for all Change Orders and receive customer approval ??? Review Draws for all projects under construction and obtain customer approval ??? Obtaining all Permit & Energy calculations for new homes ??? Closing out all New Home projects with Customer after obtaining all invoicing from Subcontractors ??? Manage budgets and forecasts ??? Troubleshoot Issues ??? Hiring all Subcontractors ??? Applying for Utility Hookups ??? Oversee Weekly Meetings to insure materials are ordered and projects are running smoothly ??? Put together Bank Statements for Lenders This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Schedule is Monday-Friday. The pay starts at $65,000.00 per year with paid time off. Residential/Commercial Construction Experience ??? Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management ??? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) ??? Excellent communication skills ??? Leadership ability ???
