YOUR ROLE

  • Researches and develops new methods for product claims substantiation
  • Provides support via testing, writing report, product claims review working with Marketing, legal, etc.
  • Actively makes his/her specialized knowledge available to the organization
  • Acts as an ambassador for the scientific community of Henkel BU
  • Identifies and engages valuable external partners
  • Supports project teams in solving problems
  • Secures IP position in own area of development
  • Acts as a consultant for management and steering committees


YOUR SKILLS

  • BS or MS in Chemistry, Biology or related fields.
  • 8 -12 years experience in Haircare/Skincare.
  • Product claims substantiation is a must, hair products preferred.
