Primary Care Clinic Manager

Description

Lakewood Health System has a full-time opening for a Primary Care Clinic Manager.

The Primary Care Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing Lakewood Health System's Primary Care clinics. Manages clinical function activities including: quality, experience and population health initiatives, maintenance of nursing standards, and clinic budgets.

Trains, orientates and manages all primary care clinic employees. Formulates site policies and procedures and assures regulatory compliance. Coordinates safety and quality processes. Works in tandem with the Specialty Services Manager.

In this position, you will work within our clinics located in Staples, Motley, Pillager Browerville and Eagle Bend.

This position reports to the Vice President Clinic and Providers.

This is a Full-time, Exempt position working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30AM - 5:00PM.

Qualifications

Current MN RN licensure

Five years of previous RN experience

Current CPR Certification

Previous Management experience is preferred

Ability to create and work within a team environment
