Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics NAV Developer

Syvantis Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Central/NAV development expert to join its team. In this role you will be responsible for tailoring and developing extensions for Business Central on-premises and SaaS implementations. You will work closely with ERP functional consultants and clients to develop solutions and implement them. You will bring your zeal for client success, your technical and business depth, and your excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure that every client receives the best support possible.

Location

Syvantis has offices in Minneapolis and Baxter, Minnesota. Local candidates preferred but strong remote applicants will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of Business Central development skills, both for on-premises implementations and SaaS implementations
• Tailor and develop extensions and mods for Business Central implementations
• Convert data from other systems and sources into Business Central
• Ensure that projects remain on-time and on-budget by carefully monitoring your development work
• Work with ERP functional consultants and other developers to determine the best solutions for client environments
• Follow a standard implementation methodology and produce the high-quality deliverables to specification
• Maintain a high utilization percentage while achieving high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience developing for Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV
• Deep understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with AL/CAL, .NET, and C/SIDE

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, REST API, SOAP API
• Experience building and supporting integrations
• Agricultural industry background preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively, strategically, and with good judgement
• Proven track-record delivering on ERP projects
• Experience creating or assisting with the creation project proposals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
