The Position

SilverCrest Properties is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Outreach Marketing for Village Shores Senior Community in Richfield, MN. Village Shores consists of 155 Independent Living apartments, 24 Assisted Living apartments, and 37 Memory Care apartments.

The Associate Marketing Director works with the Director of Marketing to generate awareness of the community, develop relationships and support professionals that are seeking quality senior housing and care delivery to refer clients too. Professionals will include, physicians, social workers and discharge planners at hospitals, clinics, and long-term care/transitional care facilities. The position is also responsible for building trust with prospects and family members, conducting quality discovery, to learn about the prospects needs and how Village Shores will meet those needs. Leading tours of the community, closing the sale and establishing move in dates to ensure occupancy goals are achieved is critical.

Candidates should have the ability to build trusting relationships, align customer needs with Village Shores features, benefits, amenities and services. Enjoy working with professionals in the medical field in support of older adults. Have a strong business acumen, be proficient using Microsoft Office products. Experience with lead tracking programs is desirable.
