Qualifications

* $20/Hour Guarantee Against Commissions - Better Producers Earn $50K - $75K Annually
* College Degree or Design Degree
* 3 years of professional

OR if you do not qualify for the above we offer:

* $15/Hour Guarantee Against Commissions
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), may be working towards it
* 1 to 3 years of related experience or equivalent training preferred.
* Effective communication skills both verbal and written
* Previous project and room design knowledge preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Assisting our clients with furniture and accessory selections
* Attend weekly product knowledge training
* Efficiently track prospective clients and actively follow up as products or promotions meet their needs
* Provide our customers with a luxury experience by following our Customer Focused Selling process
* Ensure accuracy of order entry

Education and/or Experience

* High School Diploma
* Minimum of 1 year of luxury sales experience
* Effective communication skills both verbal and written
* Previous project and room design knowledge preferred

Language Skills

Requires skills to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Need to be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.

Mathematical Skills

Mathematical aptitude to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Also requires skills to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and the ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Need to be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
