CorTech is looking to hire a Finance Manager in Milwaukee, WI.

What You'll Do:
The Finance Manager will manage all areas of Finance for the purpose of providing financial reporting and business analysis support to the organization. Responsibilities include

1)Assuming responsibility for performing and managing daily accounting functions
a.Manage day-to-day activities of the Finance Department Staff
b.Review and analyze sales contracts for application of relevant terms in day-to-day operations
c.Key player in operational and financial process improvements and system enhancements
d.Management of cash
2)Assuming responsibility for Financial Reporting function
a.Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
b.Review and ensure GAAP compliance for financial statements
c.Manage all regulatory and reporting requirements, including financial statement audit, income tax return preparation, and property tax return preparation and compliance with sale tax filings and collection
d.Reconcile balance sheet accounts
e.Manage year-end physical inventory and monthly cycle counts
f.Assist in compiling the monthly financial package distributed to the regional leadership team
3)Assuming responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Internal and External Customers
a.Assists Head of Finance as needed
b.Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
4)Assuming responsibility for developing and maintaining proper internal controls
a.Ensures that policies and procedures are written and followed
b.Communicates internal control deficiencies to Executive Management as needed
5)Assisting in the creation of the annual organizational budget and provide monthly feedback and/or analysis of actual results
6)Other, as assigned

What You'll Need:
???Undergraduate degree in Accounting required.
???Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
???MAS200, Oracle Fusion or similar accounting systems proficiency
???GAAP technical expertise
???Seven years of accounting experience
???Five years of previous accounting management experience
???Former private accounting management
???Former public accounting experience
???Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
???Creative-thinker and problem-solver in applying analytical skills to business
