**Description:**

This is a call center environment where they will be handling inbound phone calls from members regarding their loan applications, loan rates, loan balances, transfer requests and other account information or updates. They will handle anywhere from 50-70 phone calls in a day and must be comfortable being on the phones throughout the day. They are expected to communicate with applicants whether they meet the standards for the loan applications or not. They will help in educating the applicant on next steps and provide alternate options for them.

Answer member calls regarding balance inquiries, withdrawals, transfer requests, debit card transactions, etc.
Assist members with certificate of deposit requests, rate information, maturity options, etc.
Sell and Cross-sell Credit Union products on a regular basis and have a good overall knowledge of all products, services and systems.
Refer members to appropriate departments when necessary, for loan applications, new member applications or new services.
