At our Legal Team in Dobris, Czech Republic, we are searching for a Legal Manager.

Your Responsibility

  • You follow-up on the legal corporate requirements for all the EMEA entities and ensuring full compliance
  • You proactively identify legal risks triggered by business initiatives and proactively provide solutions
  • You manage all the legal aspects related to our relationship with dealers in several EMEA countries (including distributor agreements, certificates, ...)
  • You lead legal initiatives that involve cooperation with other departments
  • You follow-up on the various aspects of litigation (external counsels, collection and preparation of documents, budget follow-up, reporting)


Your Profile

  • You have a Master in Law from an European University
  • You have a great experience in business law (e.g. projects, contracts, corporate transactions, IP law, litigation, liability,...)
  • You have worked in an international environment and are fluent in English (spoken and written). Ideally you speak a second European language (especially Czech, French or German)
  • You are business oriented and can assess the legal risks related to business decisions
  • You are have a proactive and autonomous approach

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
