Business Auditor

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length: 7+ months

Pay: 23.98 / HR

Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P

Responsibilities for this Business Analyst job include, but are not limited to:

Perform analysis of agent data that was loaded to systems but caused errors.

Understand root cause of systems issues and take appropriate action to reconcile, update, or cancel integration issues.

Production desk processing of licensing and appointing data, including routine projects, exception reports, and special cleanup initiatives.

Ensure cases adhere to all policies and procedures, in addition to federal and state laws and regulations

Work across multiple internal teams to identify and solve agent data issues before they become service escalations.

Identify risks or issues and assess/implement alternate solutions

Meets all department standards for quality and service level agreements.

Qualifications for this Business Analyst job:

HS Diploma or GED

3+ months of experience in a production, auditing, or analyst role

Proficient with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents) Excel (general spreadsheet navigation) and Outlook (email and calendar)

Experience working with multiple system platforms

Reliable high-speed internet connection at home and a private area to work

Ability to work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications:

Previous virtual learning or work experience valued

Associates or bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred

Knowledge of insurance industry, compliance, licensing or claims experience Soft

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Strong communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical/problem solving skills

Self-starter with desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
