Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician for Property Management company.  Full time position with full Health/Dental/Vision insurance provided.  Retirement with company match.  Three weeks PTO annual to start.  Salary based on experience.

Position works out of Fargo corporate office. Travel to 28 locations in eastern ND, eastern SD, and eastern MT.  Company vehicle is provided.

Successful applicant will possess sufficient tools and equipment to perform duties including, but not limited to:

-- Interior wall repairs and painting.

-- Removal/installation of kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, sinks.

-- Remove damaged interior doors/jambs and install new pre-finished doors/jambs.

-- Replace exterior entry doors/jambs including painting exposed jamb and brick mold.

-- Remove damaged base trim and install new pre-finished trim.

-- Repair/Replace damaged exterior windows and screens.

-- Basic plumbing including fixture repairs, replacing faucets and drain assemblies.

-- Basic electrical including repairing/replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures.

-- Flooring replacement experience a plus for in-a-pinch situations, but not required.
