YOUR ROLE

  • Henkel's Industrials Team is seeking an Executive Business partner who will report directly to the Vice-President/Regional Business Head and be based in Bridgewater, NJ.
  • Play a critical role in supporting the ongoing operations of an exciting, innovative, and transformational business, while strengthening business skills and developing influential relationships throughout the organization.
  • Assist with project coordination and maintain administrative and scheduling needs of an executive leadership team.
  • Compose correspondence and meeting minutes, aggregate information/data, assemble reports and create presentations with detail, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Develop expertise in internal processes and systems and respond to requests for information.
  • Develop and update an electronic filing system to retrieve and provide information.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of related executive administrative support or business partner experience is required.
  • Proficiency in German or Spanish languages is desired but not required.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones as needed.
