Description
Lakewood Health System is currently seeking a full time IOP Coordinator for the Reflections Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The IOP coordinator manages the Intensive Outpatient Program. The Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, facilitation, coordination, and evaluation of the Intensive Outpatient Program in conjunction with the Psychiatric Services Program Director. Key tasks carried out by the IOP coordinator include but are not limited to coordinating the care of IOP patients with the patient and psychiatric provider, group therapy sessions, leadership of IOP program, marketing and community relations, and managing IOP referrals.
Qualifications
Hours: 32-40 hours a week, flexibility required, will include some evening hours to accommodate evening group sessions

Qualifications
- Professional licensed as LICSW.
- Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement therapeutic services in coordination with patients and providers
- Knowledgeable of needs of geriatric and adult populations
