Summary:We are seeking an individual with a strategic mindset, is a team player, and has outstanding time management skills! The QTI Group is partnering with our client, located in Madison, in recruiting to hire a part-time Customer Success Specialist for a remote, temporary opportunity. This is a non-profit organization with a mission to translate science into tools to cultivate and measure well-being. The schedule for this 24 hour per week role is Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Candidates must live in the Madison area due to a possible return to in-office work. This position offers $20.00 per hour, based on experience, and is expected to last for 3 months with the possibility of being hired on. Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall relationship with assigned customers, including managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members to ensure deliverables are on time
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to gather customer references and develop case studies
  • Perform other duties as business needs require
Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
