YOUR ROLE

  • Become a part of our team by implementing and maintaining a variety of support functions for the Sales team such as gaining alignment of results and monitoring of the sales efforts within the team
  • Develop analyses to measure trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Marketing/Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain) as well as provide operations support to external partners while influencing sales indirectly
  • Participates in the organization and coordination of sales meetings and development programs


YOUR SKILLS

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's program in a Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field; OR have completed your studies no more than 6 months prior to the start of the internship, with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Critical thinking to identify problems and solutions that others might miss - Resourceful and consults with others on problems and activities; collects information from a range of sources to assist and guide job activities; asks effective questions to obtain information to help him/her perform the task at hand
  • Project management with ability to manage projects ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
  • Team mindset to actively participate and contribute to solutions, as well as, collaborate on an on-going basis with other team members
