-Employed by mission-oriented community health center
-Appleton is a short drive to Green Bay and Milwaukee
-Up to 200K base annual salary
-50K student loan assistance

Practice Overview:

-Practice in a new, state of the art dental center
-Expansion under way to double operatories (currently at 13, going to 26)
-Support staff to include 1-2 hygienists and 2 assistants per dentist
-Average 18 patients per day
-Comprehensive service includes Preventative and Restorative Care for all ages, Fluoride Treatments and Sealants, Extractions, Root Canals, Dentures and Partials
-Monday-Friday - Extended hours (8am-7pm) offer flexible schedules - Only ask for 1 "late" night per week
-No weekends or call

Compensation Overview:

-Up to 200K base annual salary (reflective of experience)
-50K student loan assistance
-20 Days of PTO plus 7.5 national holidays
-5 Days CME with 2K allowance
-Relocation assistance
-Comprehensive health, dental, and vision
-License and annual dues reimbursed
