POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our team is looking for senior skilled developers to automate processes at CMG Finance. Your technical leadership and knowledge of best practices will be critical to ensure we build the right solutionsfor our stakeholders and deliver value incrementally. Your experience with RPAs will help us scale CMG capabilities. We believe ownership comes from the ground up and empower our teams to understand and make an impact on the business.

The successful candidate will work with a multi-functional team, locally and remotely, to ensure CMG continues to innovate.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

At least 7+years of diversified experience in automating processes using RPA Technologiess senior developer/architect

2+ years of experience in Agile/SAFEpractices

Hands-on experience with the robotics automation tool, Automation Anywhere, is required.

Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and systems testing

Dedicated problem-solver who can take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment, quickly address issues with teams and balance multiple release cycles

Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with an attitude of collaboration

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid collaboration and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree or a graduate degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.

High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
