Sprik Financial Group, LLC is a growing Financial Planning office that specializes in wholistic financial planning & wealth management for both individuals and business owners. Since 2009, our top priority is doing what is best for each client to help them recognize, visualize and achieve their financial goals. We are looking to add to our team with an additional Executive Administrator.
What we offer:
Monday through Thursday work week with Flexible Fridays if needed. Core business hours are 8 - 5pm.

Career Description:
As an Executive Administrator you will provide support for our Financial Advisors. The Executive Administrator will work directly and indirectly with clients, prepare client presentations, assist in client service needs, help coordinate client appointments and handle monthly/annual budgeting for the firm. Work with, navigate within, and understand different and complex insurance and financial planning computer software systems.
Skills and Experience:
???Bachelors or Associate degree preferred
???1-3 years of experience in the financial services or related field preferred
???Ability to adapt to differing workloads and the ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
???Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
???Attention to detail and strong organization skills
???Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
???Willing to become a Registered Servicing Assistant (licensing)
???Adhering to client confidentiality is mandatory
???A high degree of professionalism and high energy level for in-person and phone customer contact
???Open to coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance and effectiveness
Reference and background check will be required due to the financial nature of this job.
