Overview:
The AgricultureMarket Development Manageris responsible to drive profitable growth based on conceptualizing, developing, launching, and managing the Encapsys product portfolio of microencapsulation solutions for Agriculture Crop Protection products.

Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect target accounts through phone and email outreach.Participate in sales generating activities including virtual meetings, trade seminars, conferences, product demonstrations/evaluations, and customer seminars.Collect, analyze, and interpret voice of the customer and market data to gain winning insights into new product and customer opportunities and requirements for microencapsulated agricultural markets.Develop and implement tactical sales action plan for microencapsulation opportunities in Agriculture Crop Protection.Lead key account and strategic account management activities, including key and/or strategic customer visits. Partner with relevant functions, especially R and Production teams, to manage speed-to-market, development costs, quality, and risk. Lead new product development projects from ideation, through project approval and development, to launch and commercialization.Own the product launch process ensuring total customer satisfaction. Develop and deploy new product training for internal and external stakeholders and partners, in order to effectively market, sell, and support the product from day one.Prioritize and advocate customer and business needs into the product development team.Collect competitive intelligence on competitors offerings relevant to current or future product development.Develop pricing, revenue, and gross margin forecasts based on market sizing and customer value.Perform regular product-line reviews and problem-solving initiatives to identify and correct gaps to plan.Drive strategic plan and key initiatives for future growth in our Agriculture deployment strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field5+ years of new business development experience with significant experience and work history in the agriculture market, preferably crop protection.A strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond; bringing a passionate and positive approach to delivering results and encouraging teamwork.Superior communication and negotiation skills. Able to lead, influence, and gain consensus / followership without formal authority.Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally (25%).
