The Position

SilverCrest Properties is currently recruiting for a full-time Corporate Director of Marketing at our corporate office in St. Louis Park, MN.

The Corporate Director of Marketing will have oversight of sales and marketing strategy, training of Community Marketing Directors, Associates and Executive Directors, development and execution of marketing policies, advertising, social media and websites, performance management and financial budget responsibility.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

??? Strong knowledge of marketing/sales theory and techniques/processes that can be implemented to generate awareness and leads, qualify leads, follow up on leads, present to qualified leads, and close the sale to reach or exceed budgeted occupancy.

??? Ensures marketing employees effectively track qualified leads to determine follow up techniques. Audits to be sure all prospect records are current through YARDI/YGL and team maintains daily tasks of the current system.

??? Prepare, implement, and meet annual and monthly departmental budget requirements through communication with Executive VP and the Executive Directors.

??? Manages corporate and community logos and DNA. Monitors compliance with brand standards while establishing marketing and sales policies and procedures, training on these and revising as necessary.

??? Function as a member of the Executive Directors' team, as well as the Corporate team by monitoring the budget, as it relates to marketing expenses and level of occupancy offering ideas for program changes, specials as needed to respond to market changes.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and engaged candidate that will fit in with our culture of providing exceptional customer service for our multiple communities, our corporate team, and our residents. The candidate for this position must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years in a sales and marketing position, preferably in real estate, senior properties, or hospitality services. They must also have at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a housing, assisted living, or other senior service setting. This individual would need to be someone who gains fulfillment in working with a senior population while demonstrating a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to travel between SilverCrest communities.
