As the Digital Marketing Manager you will bring proven ability to execute strong, digital story-telling that elevates brand awareness & revenue. As a roll-up-your-sleeves doer with masterful ability to create, execute and delegate, your editorial calendar will come to life across linked in, Facebook, email campaigns, press releases and digital advertising. You will relish sharing data insights, making recommendations for improvements and basking in the team success as sales increase due to your valued contributions.

We're looking for an individual that has a passion for all things digital, a drive to push boundaries and experience in knowing what works and how to test. You will need to have the skillset of being an outstanding storyteller, forward thinking, a visionary and must be an excellent communicator.

Your Day-to-Day May Include:

  • Contributing your passion, talent and experience to support best in class marketing
  • Equally recognizing the value of internal and external brand development through cross functional collaboration with HR teams and Sales leader
  • Creating and executing on a compelling editorial calendar built to capture attention and connect with consistent voice and across all digital platforms
  • Using your clear and clever writing skills to quickly whip up well branded stories to share across social media, blogs, press releases, articles and more
  • Using your story tell talent to engage our audiences with helpful tips, industry insights and emotionally valuable client testimonials
  • Work with Graphic designer to lead the creation of visual communication including digital catalogs on ISSUU, print pieces, client proposals and internal/external messaging
  • Work with Marketing Intern to gather critical and apply critical insights gained from social listening
  • Work closely with sales leaders so as to deeply understand the core needs and objectives of our business strategy
  • Have finger on the digital pulse of the exciting construction industry of science, education and 3D printing
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs and stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Apply, if YOU have the following:

  • Must be curious, detail oriented, broad thinker able to focus on many little details that influence the broader outcome
  • Email mapping, editorial calendar/content creation and management through execution and analysis is a must
  • Proven excellence in Linked IN marketing, google and email campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English or other fields that enhance your ability to create original content relevant to promoting H2I Group core business products and services
  • Minimum of at least 4 years of relevant work experience within Digital Marketing is required
  • Prior experience in navigating social media with a strong understanding and prior success in boosting marketing effectiveness
  • Ability to plan, prepare, and execute strategies to help grow the company brand
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests while also having the flexibility to adjust to change
  • Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Power BI, Hootsuite or similar tool is highly preferred
