Robert Half Management Resources is looking for SEC Reporting Manager consultants interested in being part of our client's team in the manufacturing field. Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this Financial Reporting Manager position will be a long-term consulting opportunity with a very dynamic, high-energy group.

How you will make an impact -

• Participate in the coordination and preparation of quarterly reports (10-Q), annual reports (10-K) and current reports (8-K).
• Manages the preparation of the monthly consolidated financial statement variance analysis for management.
• Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation and review.
• Participates in the interpretation and analysis of new accounting principles and regulatory decisions to assess the financial statement impact, and the implementation of accounting-related changes to ensure compliance.
• Interface with external auditors
• Various ad hoc project work as assigned related to financial reporting and technical accounting.
