Staff Accountant

A client of ours in Austin, MN is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. This is with a family-owned business that has a nice family culture, full benefits (including 401(k) matching), room for growth and more! Direct Hire position and pays up to $50,000/annually (+ discretionary bonus).

Responsibilities:
* Process/Analyze large amounts of data using Excel to import into ERP software
* Prepare, review and distribute accurate statements to clients
* Enter banking transactions in financing institutions with attention to detail
* Apply payments and track financials in ERP system
* Analyze/review customer trends and report to management
* Fulfill customer, vendor and business consultant requests in a timely manner
* Create & update customer information in ERP and multiple financing institutions
* Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* Associate degree in related field
* 3-5 years accounting experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, graphing & pivot tables preferred)
* ERP Knowledge (preferred)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong math skills
* High attention to detail
* Open to continual learning and feedback
