Robert Half Accountemps has a part-time opportunity for a Property Accountant. As the Property Accountant, you will assist with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, as well as some financial reporting. This position is located in St. Paul (on site) and is estimated to be about 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable & receivable using Yardi property management software.

- Bank reconciliation

- Prepare financial reports in Yardi

- Ad hoc projects as assigned
