Responsibilities for a Receptionist include:
  • Directing office guests
  • Alerting customers to appointment arrivals or walkins
  • Answering inbound calls in a professional manner, transferring to appropriate line, and/or taking messages as needed
  • Make coffee, keep front desk area organized, and fill treat basket
  • Assist with general office tasks; filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
  • Additional tasks as needed
  • Qualifications:
  • Reliable and ability to work part time schedule
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior office experience is a plus
  • Hours: Part-Time 20 to 25 hours per week, weekdays
    Compensation: $15 per hour
