Our dealership is concerned with more then moving inventory; we are committed to your success and invested in your future.We're currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist / Scanner to join our Administrative Team!What your day will look like:Act as back-up for the front desk resception -Operate multi-line Cisco telephone system to answer incoming calls,determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or departmentBalancing cashWelcome on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.Interface at a high level with staff and visitorsScan documents into our computer systemPerform various clerical dutiesSchedule:Approximately 15-20 hours per week - Must have availability to 8:00 pm on Mon, Wed, & Thurs. Start time is flexible. Saturday hours required.Additional weekday hours are possible based on availabilityWage: $14.00 per hourJob Duties: Answer incoming phone callsHandling recepts and balancing cashScanning dealership documentsAssist office staff with miscellaneous tasksQualifications:The ideal receptionist candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThorough knowledge of administrative practices and proceduresStrong multi-tasking abilities a mustMust have working knowledge of PCs(Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a must)Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challengesAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environmentExcellent Customer Service SkillsMust be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
