Construction Project Manager

We are looking for diverse men and women experienced in Construction Project Management. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the repairs to fire damaged and water damaged structures both residential and commercial on behalf of Accent Property Restoration. You will need to be able to ensure that the customer is comfortable and that their structure is going to be handled with the best care.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage employees, vendors, and subcontractors
• Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and office
• Take job notes and photographs; log notes and photographs into construction management software
• Site Inspections; monitoring quality of work
• Scheduling
• Work within a limited budget
• Ensure safe work conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/ Experience

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience within construction project management, remodeling or restoration/ emergency service industry
  OR 5 plus years of experience within the construction industry with reconstruction experience
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
  

Preferred Skills/ Experience

• Xactimate and/or Buildertrend experience is a plus
• IICRC certifications, specifically WRT, ASD, AMRT and FSRT
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
