We are searching for a Quality Engineer to join our team at one of several locations, including Appleton, WI, Carrollton, TX or Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Quality Engineer you will work to provide a high level of quality that meets and exceeds customer expectation. You will also drive verification systems that ensure the processes are creating high quality and performance of the products in addition to promoting and installing improved systems. You will have the opportunity to:

• Help maintain documentation such as Third Party GMP audit reports, supplier surveys, etc.
• Monitor end-consumer complaints as they relate to Presto manufactured and supplied materials and direct quality efforts accordingly.
• Provide Quality Engineering support to operations activities ensuring consistent application of quality techniques
• Participate in quality performance reporting

Ultimately, you will help to identify quality issues, and quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found and drive corrective actions to resolve them.

We need you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (prefer Industrial or Mechanical), or equivalent work experience in relevant fields
• Must have at least 5+ years' experience as QA Engineer is required - conducting quality analysis, quality improvement, quality support and making quality related decisions.
• Advocating as the "voice of the customer" demanding the highest quality expectations from the organization
• Ability to travel 40%
• Manufacturing experience
