The Cash Management Specialist II requires working in a fast-paced environment to supply daily support with all Cash Management products and services along with assisting with customer due diligence. Under the direction of the Cash Management Supervisor this position will provide set-up, service and maintenance for all cash management products and services.

This position will include verbal and written requests from both internal and external sources as well as providing resolutions to customers as it pertains to Cash Management products and services.

Cash Management Specialists are expected to meet and/or exceed Citizens Alliance Bank's customer service levels as well as the over-all goals of the organization.

Candidate will:
* Work with branch staff to establish digital banking services with both new and existing business customers.
* Set-up and provide service support to business customers on their business digital banking services offered.
* Review and maintain customer relationships by conducting research and analyzing customer data.
* Train and educate business customers on their digital banking services; troubleshoot issues when necessary.
* Occasionally travel to business customer's office to provide equipment and complete software installations.
