Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all aspects of human resources for St. Francis and oversee compliance with employment practice laws and respective regulations. The Director of HR assists in carrying out the workplace and employment practices corporate compliance policies and serves as a resource for the leadership staff of our care centers. Job Requirements: The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in Human Resources and at least five years experience in Human Resource Management. A current HR professional certification with HRCI and/or SHRM is preferred. The salary range is $56k - $89.5k.
