Job Description:

Incorporating over 85 years of experience, CoreLogic's construction cost intelligence is the gold standard of building cost data. Our cost valuation data and methodology powers assessment and appraisal across the country. The Sr. Professional, Construction Data Content Management will take ownership of the data engine driving the Marshall & Swift product suite, ensuring that continual analysis of construction costs maintains a comprehensive and defendable data solution across multiple markets. You will be responsible for data management across this product line, including timely and accurate product data deliveries. You will be instrumental in helping CoreLogic power trusted property moments.

Key Job Duties:

* Data management of CoreLogic's Marshall and Swift appraisal and assessment product line, including timely and accurate delivery of product, in a "hands on" role
* Scoping out new projects and helping to develop the data research project plan and any needed changes to the tool's algorithms, knowledge tables, GUI and reports
* Technical support and guidance to our next generation of product offerings
* Partnering with our construction cost estimators, software developers, software quality assurance and business/product teams
* Client support (written, zoom, potential visit) to provide expertise and insight into our data and analytic methodology

Job Qualification:

* Proven track record of Commercial and Residential property assessment or appraisals.
* Experience using Marshall and Swift cost estimating tools is a must
* Strong communication and writing skills; ability to engage effectively with clients
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to learn, understand and communicates complex information quickly
* Ability to create consensus around new ideas and initiatives building confidence in the outcome
* Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse partners including programmers, research analysts, building estimators, sales/client support personnel and business partners.
* Experience working with CAMA tools (strong plus)
* SQL experience and strong Excel and/or Access skills (strong plus)
