We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Technician for the weekend shift. The hours for the role Friday, Saturday and Sundays 6:00am to 6:30pm. Compensation is around $28.75/hour but dependent on experience. In addition to base pay there is an additional Weekend Differential of $1.00 per hour plus full benefits.

Role Summary:
This position is responsible for taking work orders generated by Team Leaders under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. Responsible for identifying and carrying out process improvements on equipment, as well as contributing to design and implementation on new automation production equipment. This position involves daily interaction with some or all of the following equipment: thermoformers, chamber sealers, inline wrappers, robotics, automated slicing equipment, pneumatic and vacuum fillers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience. Ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment, while maintaining flexibility to productions changing demands. Ability to multitask while maintaining high quality standards. Ability to work flexible hours Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be willing to be in production areas of approximately 40 degrees up to 30% of the time All hires will need to successfully pass a drug screen and background check Must be able to work well with various levels of employees and diverse cultures Must be proficient in high-level communication, utilizing all forms available (Electronic as well as in-person).
