The QTI Group is assisting our client, located in Waunakee, in recruiting to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their sales team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, and confirming customer orders and supporting customer related sales activity. The schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and will be in office. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, process, and confirm customer orders; support customer related sales activity
  • Will provide customer or production contact to clarify orders to verify accurate product order
  • Contact customer for information regarding purchase orders
  • Draft order information
  • File and maintain paperwork associated with each order
  • Assist internal sales team by working on quotes from the quotes queue and by taking customer phone calls (in a back-up capacity)
  • May be assigned order processing duties for Key and Target Accounts
  • Other duties as business needs require
Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 years of order entry, customer service, inside sales or power transmission industry knowledge preferred
  • Experience in technical industry a plus
  • Ability to work at a desk for up to 8 hours per day
  • Self motivated and detail oriented
  • Strong comprehension and memory skills
  • Social distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing is required while in office
