The Product Management Intelligence Analyst will provide data infrastructure, analysis and insight. Responsible for transforming data into actionable decision points designed to achieve department and company objectives. Said objectives will be supported by the timely delivery of trusted and accurate data models. Models will enable thorough analysis while also providing easily consumed insights for the stakeholders. This role will increase the quality and scope of available data by working with IT to communicate data requirements.

Role & Responsibility

Product Management Intelligence
  • Build reports & dashboards that will help the department to understand progress and trends of initiatives and projects.
  • Identify requirements that are needed by the department to more effectively manage performance, and work with the department stakeholders on prioritization. Ensure that critical data is captured in appropriate systems and can be accessed by stakeholders.
  • Lead the analytics which bring visibility and awareness to untapped potential and drive the development of actions which capture the opportunity.
  • Create sustainable data environments supporting query and reporting needs.
  • Develop new analytical models and techniques to standardize data collection.
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
  • Communicate results and educate others through insightful visualizations, reports and presentations
  • Ensure appropriate training and end user documentation is developed and implemented.

Digital Solution
  • Collaborate with department stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Partner with IT to identify sources of data, best practices of analytic and visualization tool set, and support of production changes to published dashboards.
     


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Masters preferred.
  • Experience Required: 2-5 years.  
  • Demonstrated proficient skillset in statistical/analytic modeling with R or Python or similar, and visualizing with Oracle Analytics Cloud/Data Visualization, IBM Cognos Analytics, Microsoft Power BI or similar.
  • High degree of math and statistical skills.
  • High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to model problems, algorithms and reporting for analytic learning and data optimization.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization and documentation skills.
  • Must have a high level of motivation and individual initiative.

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
