Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Top Job Located in Waunakee, WI Salary: $25 - $28/hr.Express is looking for a qualified Maintenance Technician to join a production team at a brewery in Waunakee. Maintenance Technician 3rd ShiftJob Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect equipment and operating systems and take corrective actions when necessary PM on all machines. Plan and execute. Inspecting production processes and coming up with ways to make them more efficient. Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials for projects. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts. Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Organizing relevant training sessions: Safety, Fork lift training, etc. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. Clear and concise communication with management, production and brewery team members. Ability to organize and communicate current/future projects and work with each team to solve/fix the issues them. Contribute to maintained records of completed work. Participate in after-hours emergency response. Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management Position Requires: Willingness to learn new skills, as required to become self-reliant. Ability and desire to foster positive working relationships with your co-workers. Ability to collect information and accurately relay that information in verbal and written form. Ability to stand, walk, kneel for extended periods of time. Required experience and skills: 3-5 years maintenance and machine experience. Low and high voltage electrical a plus, sanitary welding is a plus.
