Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree
• 1+ years of Instructional Design experience within a corporate environment OR experience working within an Optum Operations business
• Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results with our business partners and our internal training partners
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills through analysis, assessment/evaluation, explanation, problem solving, and decision making
• If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA / BS Degree
• Experience developing training content with Camtasia and Storyline
• Healthcare experience

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $36.88.
