Familiarity with Sage Fixed Assets or CCH ProSystems or similar tax software preferred; knowledge of accounting practices and databases; proficiency in
Microsoft Word and Excel; and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Job Requirements:

- Prepare tax returns, related schedules and reports.
- Gather and maintain tax records for US and multi-state partnerships and consolidated corporation tax returns.
- Prepare quarterly state tax estimates and extensions as needed.
- Conduct tax research, stay current with changing tax laws and contribute and support our company tax strategy.
- Assist department with annual tax provision and audit workpapers.
- Collaborate with other company departments.
- Assist with family trust and Zilber Family Foundation accounting and tax reporting.
