Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst with OnBase experience for a 6+ month 100% remote contract with our partner in Madison, WI. Client is targeting interviews for the week of 5/24, with a start day in early June.

Requirements:

• Experienced BA working in OnBase
• Health Insurance background
• Understanding of health insurance claim adjudication
• Personality that will question why a request is being made and comfortable pushing back when needed
• Able to elicit requirements based on business capabilities
• Must have good written and oral communication
• Should be ok working 100% remote
• Ability to work within Agile and Refine User Stories
• Strong facilitation and elicitation skills
• Organized and efficient
• Able to pivot directions on priorities
• Self-driven and motivated
• Able to ramp up quickly
• Preference to local candidates

Nice to have:

• Scrum certification from Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance
• Project management experience
• CBAP or other BA certifications
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt
• Strong SQL Skills; able to create own complex queries
